English Thyme

Whether you have it fresh or dried and ground, English Thyme adds fragrance and flavour to your favourite dishes. It’s one of the parts of a bouquet garnish, along with parsley and bay leaves and, sometimes, other spices, like peppercorns and allspice. When fresh, English Thyme has a distinctly beautiful appearance of vines with hints of its lovely purple leaves, which, when grown in bigger sections, creates a beautiful plume of purple. It adds a delightful look and flavour when added in the final moments of cooking. When dried and ground, it can be used as a regular spice, or in a rub mix and more, to add to your dish’s scent and taste.
