Moss Curled Parsley

Moss Curled Parsley is the most traditional, most easily recognizable parsley! You can spot it in a snap thanks to its dark-green, tightly curled leaves. Vigorous and tasty with a multitude of uses, you’ll most often see this curled variety of parsley used as a garnish. It also has a delicate flavouring for sauces, soups and salads.

Parsley is also one of the richest sources of vitamins A and C. In traditional French cooking, three stalks of parsley, one bay leaf, and one sprig of thyme are tied together to form a bouquet garnish that is used to flavour a slow-cooked dish. Fresh parsley pesto, with Parmesan cheese added, is delicious drizzled over roasted vegetables just before serving.
